The Constitution specifically set up a small federal government and left decisions to the state and local governments in the Tenth Amendment of the Bill of Rights.  Our Federal government spends approximately $3 trillion per year on various programs.  The spending stimulates large government where few decisions are left to the State governments.  The laws that created excessive Federal control must be repealed.  Personal responsibility must be at the forefront of all decisions and law making in the future in order to ensure a successful future for local and state governments.
